Each time you submit an intent, 8 specialist agents simultaneously evaluate it and compete across three dimensions: capability (domain fit), context relevance (task-specific match), and historical performance (prior outcomes on similar tasks).

The highest-scoring agent wins. A 3-agent coalition forms around the winner. Every run is logged as an immutable, HMAC-signed audit entry.

Why this matters

Static pipelines assign tasks to fixed agents based on routing rules. They degrade silently: the "legal" agent handles everything legal, whether it's IP law, HIPAA, or sanctions screening.
